Description of the property:

The water of the resort is by the Ticao Pass which is abundant in plankton. Good for windsurfing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Also, famous for the whaleshark, locally known as the butanding & known also for its Manta Ray Bowl. The resort is not congested. Neighborhood of the resort are our clients British,Germans & Filipino Americans, have their homes as retirement or summer house. It is landscaped with fruit bearing trees, palms and flowers. The hilltop place is called the Tagaytay of Bulan. The sunset is an attraction of the resort and the view of the Mayon Volcano & Bulusan Volcano far from the distance. The place San Mateo Hot Springs in Irosin is 30 minutes auto drive , famous for its sulphuric healing element for rheuma and skin diseases. How to get to Ang Munting Paraiso:

From Legaspi Airport it is 2 hours drive with private vehicle. Left turn to Butag. From Barangay Butag to J. Gerona is a rough road of est. 7.5 km. Even described as Jurassic park and Marlboro country because of its scenic view. A Cocowood bridge located at Barangay Bonga is now under construction for concrete. From Bulan, it is 30 minutes boat drive or 20 minutes auto drive, right turn to Butag and then to J. Gerona. Or via public bus or private auto is 10 hours from Manila direct Bulan. Good hospital and Doctors are just 1 hour auto drive to Sorsogon city. Good doctors also in Bulan 20 minutes auto drive. Government proposes the development of Bulan airport soon.
